September 1, 2001
Author: Bahamas Financial Services Board

Effective Tuesday, September 4, leading web development firm Thyme Online will be hosting the Bahamasb2b's Tech Time -- the live Internet chat forum created to provide computer and Internet related technical solutions.

The chat forum is hosted every Tuesday at 9:00 a.m. Thyme Online's CEO Ben Jamieson will answer questions, give advice and "chat". Log on at www.bahamasb2b.com and click the Tech Time link.

Thyme's Jamieson also is the creator of www.madeinthebahamas.org, aimed at building a resource for web designers, developers, programmers and other professionals in the Bahamas. The site offers a central community in which to exchange ideas, methods, solutions and views. "I believe it is vital that we work together throughout the industry if we are to fully realise the potential that e-business and the Internet offers the Bahamian economy", says Mr. Jamieson.
